Fantastic value for money! Here people really care if you’re having a great time. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The rooms are top comfort and high-tech. Everything is great quality here, including the linens and the baby cot. Even the small things, like the room service and even the smell of cosmetics. Would definitely stay here again!

Currently staying at this hotel as a European having traveled extensively here is my review: The good: Convenient location in the best part of Changmai. Stylishly designed hotel. Very comfortable beds & the hotel is clean Breakfast selection, although is Asian focused is good quality and has a good choice The bad: Booked a room for our family with two children and two adults are specifically called the hotel first before our booking to check that it could accommodate all four of us. On arrival we were told that no it does not fit and we would have to pay for an upgrade. This is unacceptable since we called the hotel to check in the first place. The service in the restaurant is poor. They take plates and do not replace cutlery during breakfast. Coffee takes ages, staff do not ask you if you need anything else. The general attitude of the staff is no first before we have to complain to get a yes. This isn’t really acceptable on a five star hotel. One example. : happy hour is from 3 PM to 6 PM. It is advertised on the bar in the lobby but when I requested it the barman told me no it is only for the pool bar. The pool bar has nobody on it so I have to sit outside just to drink my cocktail. How petty is that?

Very nice hotel. The hotel itself is modern and has a cute design and nice pool. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options and nice vitamin/healthy juices. The hotel staff (Win, Khim, North and Play) were very friendly and the service was great. The location is a bit further away from the old town but close to other nature-based attractions. I would def recommend this hotel overall.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. All the staffs were so nice and friendly. They took care of my boy well. Especially in the swimming pool, they borrowed us all the tubes and beach balls that my boy really loved it! Breakfast was also good. I’d like to highly rate Front office manager WIN!

This is definitely not a five star hotel. Whilst the hotel staff are very friendly and kind, the room itself is not at the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Firstly, the hotel is directly under a flight path, which means you can hear every single plane at all hours of the day. Also the room is not sound proof, and you can literally hear the conversations of the people in the rooms next to you. The room itself is somewhat overused, with scuffs on the floor and curling of the rug which makes for a trip hazard! Room service is also very slow - taking almost one hour for a dessert to be delivered. The highlights are the kind housekeeping team, the made to order breakfast menu (namely the cold pressed juices), the luxurious body wash and the packed breakfast.
